Vincennes Walk-In Dermatology was created to make medical skin care easier to access. Skin conditions don’t always wait for scheduled appointments, and patients shouldn’t have to wait either.

We provide comprehensive dermatologic care for patients of all ages, including skin cancer screening and treatment, management of chronic skin conditions, acne care, rash evaluation, and non-surgical treatment options when appropriate.

Our approach focuses on accurate diagnosis, clear communication, and treatment plans that work for everyday life.

Meet Our Provider

Melanie Pickett, NP-C

Melanie Pickett is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. She provides both scheduled and walk-in dermatology care in Vincennes.

Melanie evaluates and treats a wide range of skin concerns, including rashes, acne, alopecia, and skin cancer. She is known for her careful clinical judgment, thorough evaluations, and patient-centered approach.

Walk-In Visits

Walk-in medical dermatology visits are welcome during regular business hours.

To ensure each patient receives appropriate time and attention, walk-in availability is managed throughout the day based on patient volume.
